Shiloh Industries to Acquire European Firm Shiloh Industries Inc., Valley


City, Ohio, a leading supplier of lightweighting, noise and vibration solutions, has signed an agreement with FinnvedenBulten AB to ac- quire 100% of the shares of Finnve- den Metal Structures (FMS). Through this acquisition, Shiloh’s


capabilities are expanded with the addition of stamping and magne- sium diecasting, a key growth seg- ment and technology to address the lightweighting needs of automakers.
