This position would have quality management oversight of not only our gray & ductile iron foundry (South Coffeyville, OK) but also of the processes and products at our machine shop and steel fabrication shop (Coffeyville, KS).
Located in SE Kansas/NE Oklahoma area, Jensen’s is in the
hunter’s and fi sherman’s paradise. Although in a rural, small town setting, Coffeyville is centrally located within an hour plus drive of Tulsa & Bartlesville, OK and Joplin, MO for access to metropolitan entertainment and shopping outlets. We could be interested in either an individual who was in the twilight of their career to train current staff or in a younger candidate looking for a permanent career move.
Although pertinent educational diplomas & certifi cates would be a plus, Jensen’s is more interested in actual foundry/quality func- tion experience and management abilities. The ideal candidate will establish & maintain a documented QMS that meets all requirements of ISO:9001/2000, correspond directly with customers, supervise all quality personnel, generate & maintain pertinent quality records, and attend applicable staff meetings.

Omaha Steel Castings Company, LLC is searching for a Foundry Process Engi- neer to work in our brand new facility in Wahoo, NE. Desired candidate should have 5+ years of applicable experience. College degree in related fi eld preferred. Successful candidate would be responsible for originating and developing new foundry production methods and processes, improve existing methods and processes, increase foundry production and effi ciency, reduce scrap and rework. Should have experience in pattern construction, mold making, gating, risering, pouring and cleaning. Experience in CAD software and GlobalShop Enterprise System preferred. Position will report to Plant Mgr. and assist in all aspects of control, measurement, and monitoring of foundry casting production.
