Intelling receives £500k investment from the Greater Manchester Loan Fund

Loan Fund (GMLF) has


completed a £500,000 investment in outsource contact provider Intelling Limited (Intelling).


The GMLF was established by the Association of Greater Manchester Authorities to provide flexible funding solutions to promising businesses that are continuing to struggle to raise finance as a result of tighter lending criteria.


Intelling offers a range of inbound and outbound telemarketing services, specialising in the business to consumer market. The Manchester based business was established in 2012, and under the leadership of its Managing Director Phil Morgan, who has over 20


years’ experience across a number of sectors within the Call Centre Industry, Intelling has grown to over 100 employees and has secured contracts with a range of blue-chip clients including Scottish Power, Telefonica and Talk Talk.


Beever and Struthers carried out financial due diligence on behalf of the Greater Manchester Loan Fund and the North West Fund, working to a tightly focussed scope covering the areas that mattered most to the funders. Mantle Diamonds


Pacific Road Capital sells Mantle Diamonds to Kimberley Diamonds


Australian private equity house Pacific Road Capital has completed the disposal of portfolio company Mantle Diamonds Limited (Mantle) to Kimberley Diamonds Limited (KDL), an Australia-based diamond miner. The shareholders in Mantle received approximately 13.5 million new ordinary KDL shares. Mantle’s majority shareholders, being funds managed or advised by Pacific Road Capital, will now have an overall stake of just over 10% in KDL.


Mantle Diamonds Limited is a private UK-based diamond exploration and mining company with projects at varying


levels of exploration and development in Botswana, Canada and Finland.


Originally founded on grass roots exploration, the company is now focused on the identification and acquisition of highly prospective diamond assets with near term production capability. The company also plans to grow by consolidation and through the natural evolution of its existing projects.


Kimberley Diamonds Limited is a mineral resources mining and exploration company that was incorporated on 5 May 2011. Headquartered in Sydney, Australia, the company owns the Kimberley Diamond Company NL, owner and operator of the Ellendale Diamond Project.
