TMLT dedicates $20M to Trust Rewards Program
The Texas Medical Liability Trust (TMLT) Board of Governors voted to dedicate $20 million to the Trust Rewards Pro- gram for 2014. These funds are the board’s way of rewarding policyholders for their loyalty.
The additional allocation brings the
Trust Rewards total to $150 million — more than that of any other medical li- ability insurer.
“The additional $20 million shows the board’s enthusiastic support for our TMLT policyholders,” said TMLT Presi- dent and Chief Executive Officer Charles R. Ott Jr. “We stand by our Texas phy- sicians and provide them with more benefits than any competitor. The Trust Rewards Program is an excellent dem- onstration of TMLT’s superior benefits.” The Trust Rewards Program serves
as a financial reward for policyholders. Each year when a physician’s policy re- news, funds are set aside in the Trust Rewards account. The funds will be al- located to policyholders at the time of retirement or other qualifying event. Learn more at
