Avoid drinking alcohol; take on empty stomach (1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal) for best absorption.


Avoid eating grapefruits


and drinking grapefruit juice. Take on empty stomach for best


absorption.


Avoid iron-containing foods and calcium-rich dairy products for best absorption.


Avoid alcohol. Take with food


to prevent stomach upset; take probiotics (yogurt or supplements) to prevent diarrhea.


Avoid sudden increase or decrease


of foods rich in Vitamin K (green leafy vegetables, avocados, soybeans, green tea, bacon, butter, cheese) as well as vitamins and supplements that contain Vitamin K. Check with your doctor for complete list. Limit alcohol and cranberry and grapefruit juices.
