offers you the chance to experience elite performance assessments, coaching and advice, at a fraction of the usual price. You’ll be put through a series of
performance tests relating to cycling, the results of which will allow the experts to tailor a training plan to you, targeting your specific zones that need the most help. Each fitness test will take you up to
your lactate threshold (the fastest pace you can maintain for a certain time without feeling like your legs are on fire),

and will be aiming to increase that threshold point, so you can train and race harder for longer. During the two-hour session you will
be assessed and tutored in four zones: body composition (to assess and monitor health and growth); cycling threshold power test (using a WattBike); strength and conditioning (a coach will take you through some basic exercises to improve performance); and nutrition (working with a registered dietician to put together a diet plan). All the stats and results gathered
throughout the assessment will be collated and a comprehensive report and training programme will be sent on to you after the Show. Usually sold for £400, this package is available at the Show for £115 per person, so book your slot now as they’re selling fast.
