THE TELEGRAPH OUTDOOR ADVENTURE & TRAVEL SHOW – DRIVEN BY SEAT

ZIP IT Soar high above the action at The

Telegraph Outdoor Adventure & Travel Show on the Go Ape Tandem Zip Track

To celebrate the launch of Go Ape’s new Zip Trek adventure at Grizedale Forest in the heart of the Lake District, visitors to The Telegraph Outdoor Adventure & Travel Show can take to the skies of London’s ExCel centre and soar above all the action on Go Ape’s Tandem Zip Track. Open to anyone aged 10 and

over, sign up for a go on the tandem zip wire and you’ll experience the exhilaration of flying, with the wind in your hair and a friend by your side on the neighbouring line, all for free. Whether you wish to hold hands all the way or race each other to the bottom to be King of the Jungle, the 160m long Go Ape Tandem Zip Track promises a thrill like no other in London! And if the Outdoors Show taster has whetted your appetite for

more, be sure to visit Go Ape in the Lake District. A network of seven tandem zip lines will traverse the sky-scraping Douglas Firs at Grizedale Forest, giving visitors an adrenalin-inducing experience of flying way above the forest floor and seeing the area as never before. You’ll be flying through the air on the longest series of zip wires anywhere in the UK, through one of the most beautiful, dramatic forests out there. And not just once, but seven times – over a total distance of 4.5km and for around two thrilling hours.
