Do you incorporate feng shui principles when designing your housing projects? We are a local developer so we always take feng shui principles into consideration, not just because the local market demands it, but also for practical purposes. A lot of feng shui principles make the design of a home better to live in and more comfortable for the occupants. For example, correct orientation of a building allows sunlight to bathe the interiors of a home, giving the homeowner a good start to the day. While personalized factors should also be taken into account, there are generalized rules to follow when designing a base from which one can later customize a home. Careful positioning of windows is another – to allow the correct flow of winds to enhance

good ventilation. High ceilings, while they enhance a premium home, also help generate positive energy by bringing a feeling of spaciousness to the living area.
