Speaking of doubles, from the world of fashion, Lillian Too writes about three “V” Designers – Victoria Beckham, Valentino and Vera Wang – each of them stand-out superstars of their industry, who have the numerological Natural Double working for them. What they each have is also a great originality and a trademark colour you can easily recognize them by. Valentino’s partiality to red in his collections has coined the colour “Valentino Red”. Victoria Beckham is always associated with blacks (although she can carry off any colour) and Vera Wang is every bride’s dream designer, thus emanating white.

Colours have strong vibrations and create a life of their own, as Team Windhorse discovered in the course of their hunt for National League success. In The Triumph of Teamwork, I detail all the feng shui factors we adhered to when planning our this year’s Polo Team, from team name, team crest and team members to team colours. We went on to clinch a big victory winning the National League Championship, thanks to superb performances from our players, but not forgetting the help of excellent feng

une is a month of doubles, where the monthly fl ying stars align with the annual stars, making it a month of extreme fortunes, whether good or bad. T ose of you on an upward spiral could

shui! It was also a great win because it was a victory shared amongst friends – highlighting the very best of what polo as a sport has to off er – fabulous friendships.

In a month where both good and bad luck gets magnifi ed, it is important to ensure you are equally shielded from bad luck even as you attempt to magnify your good luck. In Behind the Power of Amulets, Lillian Too addresses the concept of lucky talismans, explaining why there are so many diff erent kinds, how they work, as well as what gives them their power. She also shares the recent Relic Tour at Losang Dragpa Center, which hosted a substantial collection of the relics of Buddhas and great Masters of our past, covering Gelugpa lamas as well as gurus from other traditions. T e energies they emanated were special indeed.

T e danger sectors this month are Southeast, East, Northeast and particularly the Northwest, because these feature danger stars that get magnified by the doubling effect. Honey Lim addresses the importance of keeping the Northwest protected, because the Northwest represents the Patriarch, i.e. the Father. She shares a detailed real-life case study of a high profi le New Zealand couple whose affl icted NW sector was playing havoc with their lives. T ere is a happy ending, and you will fi nd their experience a good learning activity to improve your understanding of feng shui.
