L.K.Bennett The LKB business was looking to move to a logistics provider who could offer a complete solution to support their planned growth.
CML were able to provide a facility with scalability, in addition to demonstrating the luxury apparel warehousing experience and the technology and distribution infrastructure required to support the brand's aspirations and growth.
In the initial stages of the partnership, CML's focus was to provide consistent, timely and accurate deliveries to their expanding portfolio of stores. Once settled, a number of service improvements were introduced to ensure optimum sales floor availability at all times. Ten years later, CML continue to support L K Bennett's growth into new areas, as well as introducing a full e-commerce and wholesale solution. This has been achieved with a focused approach in the areas of collaboration, identifying the best flexible working practices and system integration.
