for Charlene Charlene Balmer of New York Nails & Beauty in Ballymena, Co. Antrim has won Bio Sculpture Gel’s Summer Nail Art competition, with her on-trend entry of ‘animal print meets neon’.


Charlene, who has been working as a nail tech for eight years and using Bio Sculpture for six, told IB: “I was so delighted to have won the competition, especially as Bio Sculpture has such a high profile name; I'm well chuffed.


“To create this look you give the animal print nail a new twist by adding neons. This season’s must have colours bring this classic design bang up to date.”
