Consolidate your safety signage During a recent Health and Safety Expo, a Facilities Director in charge of multiple sites popped onto our stand. His eye had been drawn to the BBP™85 Sign and Label Printer that was being demonstrated. He experi- enced first hand how easy it was to print large multi-colour signs on demand and immediately saw that it offered a great opportunity to consoli- date all the safety signage across all sites. Each site has a different sup- plier, therefore the safety signs have

Manager with our BBP™31 Sign and Label Printer. The plant that she looks after has an excessively noisy environ- ment therefore she usually ordered “ear protection” signs in bulk. However she was looking for a sign that would let the worker or visitor know that they did not need ear pro- tection if they were spending little time in the area. The safety sign cus- tomisation options in her Brady printer enabled her to solve this prob- lem while saving costs and time.
Be on top of your temporary signs We have many loyal DIY Printer users who pass on useful feedback. Recent site renovations and a constant stream of contractors for one DIY printer user meant that he had to make sure all temporary hazards were identified; having a DIY printer at hand and a good supply of materials meant that these random requests could be dealt with quickly and efficiently, plus any potential injuries avoided.
Compliance and legislation Our last example comes from a cus- tomer who saw a Brady DIY printer as a solution for the need to make sure that the safety signs in her facility are compliant with ISO 7010:2012. She was able to print all the compliant signs in-house, keeping ahead of the deadline and saving money in the process.
