on THe FlooR Spin, spin sugar! Netil 360 gets Panoramic

NOWthe seemingly never-ending Siberian winter recently gripping the UK has finally slung its proverbial hook, May should throw up a few interesting opportunities for an outdoor stomp, especially in The Big Smoke. The one that’s caught our eye most is this naughty rooftop rave-up. Re-opening on Sunday 5th May with a Tsuba takeover featuring Milton Jackson, Panoramic has snagged Kerri Chandler’s edgy Mad House spin off, Madtech, for the next of its open-air club events on the summit of Hackney’s Netil House.

Entitled Panoramic for obvious reasons, the events boast 360 degree views of the east London skyline, plus some of the most on-point bookings the capital has to offer. Pets Recordings (23rd June), Flux (13th Flux), Troupe & Yogurt Warrior (10th August) and a subsequent Madtech with Waze & Odyssey (14th September) are all

planned for the rest of the series, but for this daytime May Bank Holiday Event, boy about town Ejeca will take to Netil360’s decks in the sky alongside AZ&Tor.

Breaking through with releases on Aus, Needwant and W&O Street Tracks last year, he’s gone from undiscovered treasure to one of the most bookable there is, his ability to successfully rattle out timeless tunes in quick succession with an air of sophistication to rival the most experienced in the game making him one of house music’s hottest property today. In the unlikely event it doesn’t pelt it down with glacial hail stones the size of Pluto, Ejeca’s sun- kissed US garage grooves will go down a treat on a balmy spring day in London (yeah, right!).
