Karen Mulcahy has worked with the HTA for more than 10 years. She has over 20 years’ experience working in VAT – first with HM Customs & Excise (now HM Revenue & Customs) and, subsequently, in both practice and industry before joining the team at The VAT Consultancy in 2008. The VAT Consultancy has provided
support for the HTA VAT advice line for many years. It is through the advice line that Karen was able to advise an HTA member on the
