Low-Profi le Grippers

No material preparation is required using the Loc-Jaw System for fourth and fi fth-axis machining. The rails and gripper tow- ers are serrated to provide a solid and easily adjustable base. The Loc-Jaw has a clamping range of 0.5–4.0" (12.7–101.6 mm), is capable of penetrating 0.060" (1.5-mm) deep per gripper and produces over 6000 lb (2712 kg) of holding force. The low-profi le grippers hold on only 0.125" (3.2 mm), allow- ing full access to all work surfaces including the bottom face. A centering disk can be mounted to bottom of base for quick location on faceplates having centering hole feature. The base is also confi gured with two drill bushings for precise locating using the included diamond and tapered pins. Mitee-Bite Products LLC Ph: 800-543-3580 Web site: www.miteebite.com
