whole slabs. Choose from hickory smoked country, pepper coated, old fashioned applewood smoked bacon or city bacon ends. They’re not as lean as the center slices we offer but taste just as good and cost less. *City Ends may include pepper- coated as well as original City bacon pieces.

For those who prefer a milder, sweeter taste in their bacon, Original City Bacon will be your choice. Quality slabs from carefully selected corn-fed porkers are moist cured with our curing formula and placed in the smokehouse for the added flavor of true hickory smoke.
