Attic Aged Country Ham If you prefer a stronger taste in country ham try the Attic Aged Half Ham.
This ham is also cooked and spiral sliced. These hams are not smoked (aged 7 to 9 months) and have that old-fashioned aged country ham fla- vor. They are fully cooked, closely trimmed, and then spiral sliced. They may be served at room temperature or slightly heated. Ham may be glazed with our special complimentary Honey Glaze just before serving (directions included).
