Our Wood Stove Roasted City Ham is a version of our prize-winning City Ham. These hams are slow roasted in their most true state with all the skin, fat and bone intact, just like our ancestors did in bygone years. The natural fat cover leaves all the juices in and enhances the flavor of the ham, making it moist and tender. Restore a lost tradition to your dinner table. You will notice a bit more exterior fat when you serve your ham and this is normal. The extra flavor and a bit of trimming are well worth it. A complimentary packet of our homemade Honey Glaze is included.
