Trueform Group, a leading designer, manufacturer, installer and maintainer of public transport infrastructure hardware, architectural metalwork, platform signage, shelters, canopies, construction related metal fabrication and electronic displays, is looking to recruit a high calibre Sales / Business Development Manager to oversee the companies Rail division.


The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of project management, business development, sales, sales management and tender preparation within the Network Rail and London Underground rail passenger transport industry.


An integral part of the sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for generating and responding to new enquiries, generating new leads, order opportunities, preparing quotations and tender returns for customers such as Network Rail, London Underground, TfL, LOROL, Crossrail, TOC’s, systems integrators and main contractors.


The candidate would be expected to have significant experience and contacts within the rail sector.


Self motivated, highly organised with excellent oral, written, communication and interpersonal skills you will assist in the continuous improvement of our products and services whilst maintaining and building upon our high quality market reputation.

We’re now looking for a Trainee Inspector to take on the critical job of regulating health and safety for passengers, the public and staff using, operating and maintaining the country’s railways. The role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside our Inspectors, learning and building your knowledge. With the support of engineers and our expert team, you will develop the

skills and confidence to work unsupervised, with the aim of becoming a fully-fledged Inspector.


Although you will undergo intensive training, some experience of (or an aptitude for) investigation and inspection is essential. You will need a degree (or equivalent); a clean, current driving licence; and either experience in the rail industry or a railway operations/engineering qualification.
