Rudder and elevator servos are already installed with pushrods in place (above left). All that needs to be done is to connect the two clevises to their respective control horns using small screws instead of the usual built-in nylon pins. The front of the fin/rudder (above right) interlocks with a slot in the front part of the stabilizer and then both surfaces are kept in place using a long bolt

through the bottom of the fuselage. The 18A ESC is also already installed opposite the receiver (below left) using hook and loop material. While the rudder is self-hinged in the molding process, the bottom of the rudder adjacent to the pushrod has this sturdy hinge (below right) that must be installed in a pocket in the rudder at the time of assembly.

The wings are keyed and held together by a carbon fiber rod (above left) slid into formed pockets in each wing. Two short recessed screws accessible from the bottom of each wing keep them locked in place. Cooling for the motor,

battery and ESC is provided by openings (above right) on both sides of the fuselage. A cooling vent at the back of the fuselage allows the air to exit. A hard plastic skid pad provides landing protection for the nose area.
