INSTALL A METAL-OVER- METAL ROOF


Roof Hugger has released CORRU-FIT, a retrofit sub-purlin system, specifically designed for installation over sine wave- shaped corrugated metal roofs, which are notorious for inconsistent corruga- tion rib spacing. CORRU-FIT is comprised of two 16-gauge components and a structural fastener. It completed ASTM E-1592 testing to prove its wind-uplift performance value in a metal-over-metal retrofit applications.

WINDOW FEATURES SEPARATE SASHES Deceuninck North America has introduced Genius, a window system designed with two separate insulated glass sashes. Additional air space between the two sash members creates a barrier to thermal-energy flow, and a thermal-activated ventilation system automatically vents solar-heated air into the building interior in the winter and outside in the summer.
