tangent communications, the London-based communications group, has acquired online company, Goodprint, for £10.2 million.
Goodprint is a multi-national, online company which offers innovative and high quality business cards and related stationery, with more than 20 years’ experience within the printing industry. The company has presence in France, Germany, The Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Portugal and Switzerland. It also delivers throughout Europe and North America.
This acquisition will no doubt enhance the international presence and profile of Tangent with immediate access to Goodprint’s customers in these countries. LM
GRan coLoMBIa GoLd $100M notES ISSUancE
Gran Colombia Gold Corp., a gold and silver exploration and development company, completed the private placement of 100,000 units at a price of $1,000 per unit for the gross proceeds of $100m.
Gran Colombia Gold intends to use the proceeds from the placement as project financing for the Pampa Verde project at its Segovia Operations in Colombia, including the construction of a 2,500 tpd mill, the development of a new mechanized underground mine to access new vein deposits as well as improve access to the existing mines, additional capital expenditures relating to the Pampa Verde project and interest payments on the notes.
Led by Erika Villarreal Z., Senior Associate, Anzola Robles & Associates acted as Panamanian counsel to (i) GRAN COLOMBIA GOLD S.A. a corporation organized under the laws of the Republic of Panama; (ii) MEDORO RESOURCES COLOMBIA INC. corporation organized under the laws of the Republic of Panama; (iii) SEGOVIA GOLD, S.A. a company organized under the laws of the Republic of Panama; and (iv) ZANDOR CAPITAL S.A. a company organized under the laws of the Republic of Panama, in connection with the private placement, by Gran Colombia Gold Corp. a corporation existing under the laws of British Columbia, Canada (“Corporation”), of 100,000 units, consisting of US$1,000, 10% Secured Gold-Linked Notes due 2017 and 25,000,000 Warrants to purchase 25,000,000 Common Shares of the Corporation.
