His 20 years of experience combines investment recommendations for institutional investors with strategy and performance improvement work for retailers and consumer goods brands. Clients include private equity firms such as Exponent, Permira, Bridgepoint, Cinven and Blackstone, and retailers and brands such as Disney, Kurt Geiger, New Look, Nike, Noa Noa and Tesco. Most recently, Michael Fine and his team provided commercial and operational due diligence advice to ISIS on the acquisition of Pho.
