10th International Heavy Haul Conference is being hosted by Indian Railways in Hotel Le Meridien, New Delhi, India from 4 to 6 February, 2013. The focus of the Conference is on sharing knowledge and experience among railway researchers, practitioners, industry and decision makers worldwide in the area of Heavy Haul Railway Operations.
The conference topics cover various aspects of rail operations including track, rolling stock, wheel/rail interaction, new materials and metallurgy, freight operations under mixed traffic conditions, safety and derailment prevention, locomotives and traction power, modern track construction technologies and economics of operations.
