New from Amari Plastics

Amari Plastics, the UK’s leading distributor of materials to the sign and graphic industry has recently held a Ferrari race day experience at Silverstone for 3 lucky customers. The 3 customers, Kesslers International, Cut Plastics and Spanlite were all winners of a competition that Amari Plastics ran earlier in the year.

The competition was based on a volume of material, purchased over a given period, of the hugely successful Amari branded cast acrylic product, Acrycast®. All those qualifying were then put in the draw and the 3 customers above were the lucky recipients that were pulled out of the hat.

The day involved the safety briefing and some one-to-one coaching before the customers were let loose to do laps in a specialised Renault Megane RS 250. After they had done the ground work they then threw themselves into lapping around Silverstone, at high speed, in the Ferrari. Finally the customers were then given a professional driving experience as they were taken around at high speed by a Silverstone track driver. We are delighted to say all the customers and cars emerged unscathed!

Anrdeas Reinhold, European Director of Acrycast® commented “We wanted to reward several good customers for their loyalty to Acrycast and give them an experience they will always remember – which I think we achieved”.
