master skill for the 21st Century, because if you don’t know where you want to go, in a rapidly changing world you will quickly end up somewhere you don’t want to be
“FROM THE AGE of 14 I started to train as a hairdresser. I met many role models
mainly one being my boss who encouraged my development and confi dence through becoming a hairdresser. “Then qualifi ed and
climbing the ladder as a stylist I had to push through many personal boundaries to overcome my anxiety and learn social skills and this was really stuff that was out of my comfort zone. “Working as a stylist provided an energy
channel for me to balance and recognise my OCD traits and use this to become successful. Then seeing a life coach and
learning management at a young age pushed me to grow and face my fears and manage stress. “When I was a director at the top facing fears of abandonment dealing with feelings of isolation it grew my confi dence and gave me empowerment through decision making.
"Having to work out my
depression triggers, I realised I had always suffered but had never really understood that was the case until I had my son.

“A sense of responsibility had
kicked in for me. "I decided to give up being a director/ hairdresser of the salon. Through all my
personal development I had discovered within my authentic self that wanted to become a life coach. Becoming one changed my life.“
