A new home – with no deposit!
Teachers looking to buy their first home can do so with no deposit, with the help of Teachers Building Society and the Government’s FirstBuy scheme, now extended to 2014.
Teachers Building Society is one of a handful of lenders prepared to offer an 80 per cent loan-to- value mortgage, meaning if the buyer receives the maximum 20 per cent equity loan from the Government and the property developer they can buy without a deposit.
Teachers Building Society is the only mutual that specialises in lending to teachers. Find out more about the support it can offer first-time buyers at teachersbs.co.uk/NUT
