Systek has two models of standard machines, one for screws (model SYS100) and the other for nuts (model SYS101). The purpose of these machines is to detect faults and maintenance failures. Operating at speeds up to 400 pcs/minute, the Systek inspection machines detect problems in characteristics such as diameter, length, hits on the thread, thread partial/total, thread pitch, configuration and dimensions of the screw head, open cracks in the flange, damage on the threads, nuts screw inclined, thread angle, hardness, among many others.
