On the occasion of Fastener Fair Brasil, Sacma will present the combined header SP28 with heading, pointing and thread rolling stations. The all in one machine will demonstrate its high efficiency during the exhibition. On occasion of Fastener Fair Brasil Ingramatic will present the RP42 with its SC-Matic Touch Screen Panel to help the technician during the machine adjustment. The visitors will appreciate the ability of the machine adjustments, most of them motorized.
Regarding the Quality control, the machines will be equipped with load monitors and discharge units with parts rejection in order to keep control of the quality of finished parts. Adjustment and set up for both machines are achieved through the remote Electronic Handwheel. For Sacma, the electronic handwheel allows to move the whole machine at slow motion in order to check for the correct transfer fingers timing with respect to the heading slide, avoiding dangerous collisions. For Ingramatic threader and Sacma thread rolling station, the die match checking can be carried out very easily by making the complete part with the electronic handwheel. The Sacma S-Forging and Ingramatic I-Thread concepts are the result of a concentration of best technologies applied to cold and warm formers to create the most precise and reliable machines available on the market.
