AT&T gives Franke Artemis Group maximum flexibility for international growth
Franke Artemis Group (Franke) is renewing its agreement for a wide area network (WAN) from AT&T, as well as adding web security services to improve efficiencies across the organization as it centralizes its IT infrastructure.
Franke is a Swiss-based global provider of intelligent systems for domestic kitchens, professional food service, beverage delivery and hygiene solutions. It employs approximately 10,000 staff worldwide and operates in more than 81 subsidiaries in 40 countries, including Germany.
Franke employees now have access anywhere to mission-critical applications. The use of mobile end devices has also been integrated.
AT&T Web Security Services ensure a secure and high performing corporate network. This solution prevents the invasion of viruses and spyware into the corporate network and enables the secure and controlled use of the internet as well as instant messaging services.

Enterprise Leadership Forum focuses on building an intelligent community
At the recent IDC Enterprise Leadership Forum held in Goa, India (12-14th September) experts from IDC, together with 50 leading CIOs, focused on how the new phase of IT evolution is transforming the enterprise and elaborate on the role CIOs will play in future business success.
