Having achieved a 27% reduction in landlord- influenced energy use in 2011/12 across the like-for-like portfolio ,compared to a 2008/9 baseline, the company has now set itself the ambitious target of achieving 40% reductions in landlord energy use across the existing portfolio by 2015.
