Chuck Davis African American Dance Ensemble’s Rhythmic Expressions

The Nissan Foundation and the ArtsBridge Global Stages program, proudly present this culturally rich arts education experience. The Chuck Davis African American Dance Ensemble’s mission is to preserve and share the finest traditions of African and African American Dance and Music through research, education, performance and entertainment. With their motto: “Peace, Love, Respect for Everybody,” the Ensemble celebrates traditional African culture, aesthetics and values to encourage cross-cultural dialogue, cooperation and understanding. After the performance, at 4 pm, the Ensemble will lead a master class for 70 high school students on stage at the Cobb Energy Centre. On November 28, the Ensemble will lead an assembly workshop at a local elementary school.
