• It supports agent, direct and account billing, distributed by traditional print mail or by e-billing; payment by EFT, check, ACH or credit card; and all payment and finance plans, as well as complex fee structures and dynamic invoice formatting.


• It has an interface to easily connect with a carrier’s internal systems, such as policy administration, general ledger, document management, etc.


• It is hosted on a cloud-based infrastructure solution and supported by an experienced team of application support professionals.


• It includes a portal with self-service capabilities for agents and insureds.

• Call center services based in Prince Edward Island, Canada. • Back-office processing services based in Pune, India. • The best print and mail technology. • A metrics-driven management discipline ensures compliance with client-defined service levels as well as transparency and accountability.
