fter landing in Zurich we swiftly boarded the train and spent an hour gazing out the carriage window in awe of the mountainous

landscapes rural Switzerland has to offer before arriving at Grand Resort Bad Ragaz. Te resort itself caters for a variety in taste so whether you are looking for cosy traditional Swiss room with high-raise ceilings and four-poster beds or a modern influence of plasma flat-screens and a whirlpool Jacuzzi there is a suite for you. Of course if I had wanted to go deeper into my meditation I could move to the section of the spa reserved for guests only or perhaps submerge myself in a treatment. Te aroma massage I experienced was not the highlight of my stay but there is a broad spectrum of treatments for those desiring more personalised care. Terapies at the resort extend beyond the realms of complementary medicine and adopt a holistic approach to health. Te on-site medical centre is recognised for its
