Aim for a minimum of 2-3 litres of water every day, it will support your fat loss greatly.


Avoid what you really know isn’t going to help you I don’t like to be the bearer of bad news but deep down I think we all know that eating fast food and sweets, as well as drinking alcohol isn’t going to get you in any great shape soon!
