TMA teaches communication skills


The most important predictors of patient satisfaction, studies show, are the inter- personal aspects of care, especially those relating to patient-physician communi- cation. This can be as simple as asking


“What are your questions or concerns?” vs. “Do you have any questions?” The Texas Medical Association of- fers two ways you can learn to put good communication skills to work for you and your patients:
