The CEC bylaws are the rules under which your cooperative operates. These rules govern many aspects of your cooperative business including the election process and the establishment of cooperative voting districts. Information about amendments and changes

CEC publishes proposed bylaw changes in CEC Inside Your Co-op prior to the annual meeting. Members vote on proposed amendments at the annual meeting.

June 6-7 ............. Kilowatt Kid’s Camp. Choctaw Electric’s free camp for kids age 6-8 will be held at the CEC office in Idabel. Camp is in session each day from 8:30 am until 11:30 am. For an enrollment form and details, please turn to page 5.


June 20 ............... Benefit Blood Drive. Participate in this benefit blood drive in memory of Jenny Rushin. The blood drive will be held at the CEC office in Hugo fro 10:30 am until 5 pm. Please see page 7 for details.


June 27-28 .......... Kilowatt Kid’s Camp. Choctaw Electric’s free camp for kids age 6-8 will be held at the CEC office in Hugo. Camp is in session each day from 8:30 am until 11:30 am. For an enrollment form, please turn to page 5.


September 22 ........Choctaw Electric Cooperative Annual Meeting. Join friends and neighbors for your co-op’s biggest event at the Hugo Rodeo Arena. Registration opens at 8 am. Musical entertainment at 9 am. Business meeting begins at 11 am. Arts and crafts show ongoing throughout the morning. Prizes for kids and adults, including the $1,500 grand prize.
