• T e dual yoke casting functionally replaces an assembly of three castings, reducing package size, weight and cost and increasing transmission operating effi ciency.
• Shape fl exibility allowed for a lightweight, high stiff ness design to be tightly packaged within the transmission to maximize available space. T e compact design’s low-resistance passageways for hydraulic oil fl ow reduced the transmission’s pressure drop by half.
