When the IE2 standard for motors became mandatory in June 2011, WEG motors were already ahead of the game. The IE3 standard won’t be enforced until 2015 but again WEG already produces Premium Efficiency IE3 Motors. As yet, no date has been confirmed for the IE4 rating but you can choose a super efficient IE4 motor from WEG right now. The future’s just round the corner…
