ExCeL London I
pex 2014 will return to London with the relocation of the exhibition to the ExCeL London international exhibition and conference centre. The exhibition will take place from 26th March to 2nd
April 2014.
“We have undertaken detailed consultation with exhibitor and visitor groups prior to making this decision, and we are extremely excited about the move to ExCeL London for the considerable new opportunities it offers for the expansion and development of Ipex,” says Trevor Crawford, director of the event’s owner, Informa Print Group. “While our UK audience will always remain critically important to the show, Ipex is a truly global event, and the attraction of London as a venue, and the remaining legacy of the 2012 Olympic investment into the area, will certainly add to the attraction for our international visitors.”
Mayor of London Boris Johnson has welcomed the return of Ipex to London. “It is tremendous news for London, and certainly befitting to our Olympic legacy and standing on the international events stage that the ‘Olympics of the global Printing Industry’ returns home to our city.”
Situated in a stunning waterfront location at Royal Victoria Dock, ExCeL London is the UK capital’s largest and most successful exhibition and conference centre. Its position in the heart of London’s Royal Docks is within easy reach of central London. The venue is part of a 100-acre campus that includes six on-site hotels (offering 1,400 rooms) and numerous on-site bars and restaurants.
With an international airport (London City/LCY) on the doorstep, three on-site Docklands Light Railway (DLR) stations, a three-minute connection to the London Underground (Jubilee Line), excellent road links and parking for 3,700 cars, ExCeL London provides unrivalled transport links for both national and international visitors >>>>
