Dörken showcases silica-based seal
I Hall: 21 Stand: F22
Dörken MKS-Systeme GmbH & Co KG, based in Herdecke, Germany, is showing an enhancement of the company’s silica-based seal with integrated lubricant at Fastener Fair Hannover.
n particularly difficult applications the Delta-Protekt® VH 301.1 GZ topcoat prevents stick/slip effects when fitting chromium (VI) -free surfaces against e-coated parts. It can also be assembled against aluminium without any problem and fulfils the specifications of VW’s new norm 1131-1/2. Combined with the Delta-Protekt®
KL 100 zinc flake
basecoat the system features corrosion resistance times of over 720 hours in salt spray testing and provides greater resistance to brake fluid, oils and cleaning agents. It improves mechanical properties, withstands temperatures of up to 180°C for 96 hours, achieves better grip results, and ensures that coefficients of friction are kept constant.

oyer’s products are comprehensively certified for quality, safety, environmental protection and occupational health and safety. Besides portable stud welders for mobile use and high-tech CNC stud welding machines giving the fastest and most accurate results, Soyer also produces all types of weld fasteners.
Hall: 21 Stand: L33 Particularly noteworthy is the new SOYER HZ-1 universal weld stud. This all purpose weld
stud is ideal for stud welding using all known stud welding systems such as capacitor discharge, drawn arc and short cycle drawn arc. Together with the corresponding welding equipment, this new type of weld stud can now replace the virtually innumerable variety of weld studs offered in the market. “The innovative HZ-1 weld stud allows first class, leakproof and non-detachable weld joints to
be produced featuring a very decorative appearance. The ratio between stud diameter and sheet thickness is 10:1. Moreover there is no flange, no weld spatter and no weld fillet interference and the thread can be used right up to the base material.”

As an engineering based supplier of critical components to many industries, including heavy truck, construction equipment and farm machinery, Industrial Nut Corporation has designed and developed a special locknut for these industries.
ndustrial Nut explains that it is a very high tech product that cannot be compared with any other locknut solution. It works very easily and for the complete supply chain it’s a great advantage to work with this product. Especially for heavy truck applications it’s a very secure solution for places that are difficult to reach for maintenance or replacement, for example the inside of an axel. All Industrial Nut products meet the highest demands of quality and PPAP requirements.
With this product Industrial Nut highlights that it has again maintained its mission to supply the best nut for the
customer’s application. While the company is most noted for its trademarked BLUE nylon insert locknuts, it continues to manufacture a wide range of special, inch and metric series nuts to customer print.
Stand: K53 . turnLOG® uses wireless
RFID technology which, K&K says, will enable customers to revolutionise their procurement of screws, nuts and other C-parts. “Rotate the two-part bin or press a button to satisfy your
requirement. Costly procurement procedures are now a thing of the past. High process reliability makes this a winning solution.”
