tend to forget to take into thought the gift they get or date that they plan,
or even completely forget about the day all together. As I guy I have been guilty in the past of waiting till the last-minute to do something for my Valentine a few years in a row so I have become some what of a go to guy for my friends on what to do for those last-minute situations.
Whether you are a busy individual or just a lazy one here are a few tips of my own to turn that late gift buying disaster into a Valentines Day success. For those who want to remain with the traditional flowers, stuffed animals, and candy continue to be one of the most sought out gifts of this time of year but there are certain things you want to remember when looking for these gifts.
1. If purchasing flowers ensure that the florist that you are buying them from has been around for a while
in the particular location and has good reviews because you don’t want flowers that don’t last long.
2. When buying flowers try to change things up, rather than buying the typical red rose give your Val-

3.Next, if you decide to buy some chocolates go for a slightly different and even somewhat healthier
approach a bouquet of chocolate covered fruit but not just strawberries try to think outside the box and get creative (pineapple, banana, melon).

jewelry, and baked goods. Focus on that person’s par- ticular interest and hobbies to be sure that you have the best basket contents.

5.And finally, if it comes down to it a simple gift card, although considered a thoughtless gift, it can
always be purchased.
Once the gift portion of the day is settled now it’s on to the date. Talk with your partner to check if they would be interested in catching a movie or local show that is playing that evening at a theatre. Or, if he/she would rather go home and look for a movie to rent for you and your partner to watch in the coziness of your own home I advise to try and avoid any last-minute Valentine’s day shopping. But, you have to do that last-minute cupid shopping. I hope these few tips help make the shopping experience much easier for you and Happy Valentine’s Day.
