Modernization and continuous upgrades have been a way of life at Casting Solutions and today we offer state-of-the-art gray and ductile iron cast- ing capabilities to meet a wide variety of customer needs. Our production operation consists of the following main equipment: • Modern 60” ID Cupola Melting Furnace with 30-Ton Lectrohearth Holding Furnace


• Disamatic 31.5” x 37.5” Flaskless, Verti- cally Parted Green Sand Molding- 240 MPH max for non-cored, 225 MPH cored, with a 15 Ton pressure pour furnace

facture products for a wide range of gray and ductile iron applications, including residential and commercial boilers, heat distribution radia- tors, automotive applications, water infrastruc- ture projects and for the stadium seating industry. Castings are made in both gray (typically class 20-25) and ductile iron ranging from 1 to 500 lbs. At Casting Solutions our employees are com-
