FOR SEASON TICKET HOLDERS
Holders in Cobbold Stand blocks A, B, C & E will have to purchase seats in other areas. Additionally Family areas U and U2 will not be available and Season Ticket Holders in these areas will need to purchase in other home areas of the stadium. Details of any changes to allocations will be announced at the same time as price and sales dates information.
PREPAYMENT SCHEME FOR CUP MATCHES The Club runs a scheme to allow you to prepay by credit/debit card for all home cup matches and any other matches where the system will be used e.g. play off matches. Prepaid tickets are not refundable and Season Ticket Holders cannot opt out of individual matches when using the scheme. Where the away club takes their additional ticket allocation, Season Ticket Holders in the blocks affected will need to contact the Club to purchase alternative seats.
Season Ticket Holders not on the prepayment scheme should purchase their cup tickets by the normal methods for home matches, online via the Club website www.itfc.co.uk
, in the Club shop for personal callers or by calling 0844 80 11 555 for telephone sales.
AWAY MATCH PASSPORT SCHEME If you are going to every away league and cup match next season, then the Away Match Passport Holder scheme will save you time, telephone calls and trips to buy your tickets. As long as the Club receives sufficient tickets from the away club your ticket is guaranteed. You can book official Club coach transport to every match as well. We always attempt to ensure this group of supporters have the best seats available and seek guidance from the away club and our supporters on this. We will ensure your tickets are with the group of away match passport holders you attend matches with. Payment for tickets is taken approximately 3 to 4 weeks before each match.
Complete the Away Match Passport and Coach Travel section of your application form including credit/debit card details. (Not Amex). Ensure you add the names of supporters you wish to be seated with. There is a non-refundable administration fee of £25 per scheme member. This should be included in the payment for your membership and Season Ticket.
Junior Blues applicants need to be accompanied by a qualifying adult.
Note. The scheme allows for up to 3 returns through the season after which the Away Match Passport may be cancelled. Returned tickets will be fully refunded but must be returned to the Ticket Office 5 working days before the match is to be played. You may cancel your Away Match Passport at any time.
PROMOTION On promotion to the Premiership the Club reserves the right to review our pricing policy for all tickets. Season Tickets sold prior to promotion will remain valid. Season Ticket sales may be capped and new match ticket procedures introduced.
Premiership regulations require us to make 10% of the stadium available for away supporters, approximately 3000 tickets. This will mean enlarging the current away areas to accommodate this and will require the relocation of some Season Ticket Holders. The blocks affected will be in the Cobbold Stand and anyone affected will be contacted by the Club.
