PAYING FOR YOUR SEASON TICKET The following payment methods are available for the 2012/13 season:
Interest Free Payment Plan – Direct Debit We have extended the term of this payment scheme so you can spread the cost of your Season Ticket over a 12 month period with no interest charge. Supporters who are renewing or purchasing Season Tickets before the early bird date of 13th April can apply to use the Club’s Direct Debit Scheme. First payments will be taken in May and then monthly with a final payment in April 2013. To apply complete the Direct Debit mandate form and the Season Ticket Renewal or Application Form. To use this scheme you must be 18 years or older and hold a bank or building society current account which can support a Direct Debit. Parents or guardians may make an application and enter into an agreement for a Season Ticket to be used by a person aged under 18. Full details are included in the instructions for use on the Renewal and Application forms. The Club must receive all Direct Debit applications no later than midday April 13th 2012.
Cheque or Cash You can pay for all purchases with a single cheque. Personal callers only can pay by cash, please do not post.
TeamCard Points Renewal/applications by telephone or personal callers can use their TeamCard points for purchases except where Direct Debit is being used to pay for a Season Ticket. Future developments will allow this option for all types of payment.
Credit/Debit card We accept payment with most major credit/debit cards except AMEX. For postal applications all card payments are subject to a £6 per Season Ticket administration charge. Season Ticket Holders can apply for this to be refunded on visual proof that the payment was made with a Debit card. For counter applications the charge will only be applied to Credit cards.
General note about payments. Due to the volume of Season Ticket renewals received through the post we are sometimes unable to process them as quickly as they arrive. This means there may be delays before credit/debit card payments are taken or cheques cashed. Supporters should ensure they have sufficient funds to cover all payments. Also please note penalty clauses detailed on the renewal/application forms for failed payments when using Direct Debit or cheque.
SIR BOBBY ROBSON STAND LOWER TIER For safety reasons the Club does not allow under 12s in this area and no Under 16 price is available either. Prices are available for Under 20s, students, adults and Over 60s.
CUP MATCH TICKETS FOR SEASON TICKET HOLDERS Season Tickets do not include cup matches, you need to purchase your seat to attend a cup match. Your seat will be reserved for a given period. Details of prices and dates of sales periods will be announced through the Club website and the local media as soon as agreed. Season Ticket Holders should note that the away club can request 15% of the stadium for cup matches. Should this occur Season Ticket
