CONFERENCE SESSIONS The Business Travel Conference will feature two days of conference, workshop and networking sessions ensuring delegates come away with the latest information and vital advice on how to work through the challenges of ‘the big squeeze’. With this in mind, the theme for 2012 – New Order, managing business travel in a changing world – will focus on cost-cutting measures, the importance of travel policy and alternatives to travel such as videoconferencing. It will also feature a series of debates and case studies from travel buyers who have successfully implemented a range of policies, tools and solutions.

LIMITED SPACES Now in its sixth year, The Business Travel Conference will retain its intimate atmosphere, limiting visitor spaces to 200 buyers and arrangers of business travel. In addition, an

exhibition will be comprised of 60 leading suppliers from across the business travel industry. The Business Travel Conference is delighted to welcome back Virgin Atlantic Airways as its headline sponsor, plus SACO Apartments and HRS – Hotel Reservation Service as executive sponsors. Click Travel will once again sponsor the refreshments throughout the private exhibition area.

NEW FOR 2012 The Business Travel Conference recognises the contribution that industry practitioners can make to conference sessions so a limited number of spaces will be available to independent consult- ants who wish to attend TBTC to represent their clients.
