VISITOR INFORMATION


ADMISSION POLICY ICE Totally Gaming is open to trade professionals only as it offers a world class cross section of products and services covering casino, bingo, lottery, street, betting, online and mobile gaming sectors. The show is open to over 18’s only and this policy will be strictly enforced. Please note that no crèche facilities are available and Clarion Events retains the right to refuse admission.


BUSINESS SOLICITATION


Solicitation of business or distribution of materials by non-exhibitors is strictly prohibited. Violators will be immediately removed from the show.


BANKING FACILITIES There are ATM points located in the Earls Court 1 Foyer and on the West Brompton forecourt. Mainstream banks can be located within walking distance of the exhibition halls including, Barclays, Lloyds TSB and Natwest.


BUSINESS CENTRE


Located on the right hand side between Earls Court 1 & 2 on the ground floor, the business centre’s facilities include fax, telephone, photocopying, printing, binding, laptop connections, and PC workstations, meeting rooms, translation and couriers. There is a charge for these services.


CAR PARKING AND PUBLIC TRANSPORT Car parking is available at the Seagrove Road car park and the Red Car Park. Underground services run on the District and Piccadilly lines both from Earls Court and West Brompton stations.


CLARION EVENTS STAND Information on all the events organised by Clarion Events is available and staff will be happy to help you and discuss any aspect of the portfolio. It is located at the back of Earls Court 1 on Stand Number 4570.


CLOAKROOMS


There are 5 cloakrooms at the event. These are situated near the entrance of Earls Court 1, to the left of the main entrance in the Brompton entrance, near stand 3400 (WMS) in Earls Court 2. There is also additional cloakroom space on the Balcony level near the top of the escalator. There is a small charge for this service.

On Wednesday 25th January, CRM & Retention for Gaming and Integrating Offline & Online Gaming will be taking place.

DISABLED FACILITIES


Wheelchair access to Earls Court 1 is located in the Earls Court1 foyer. If you require a wheelchair for the duration of the show, they can be hired from First Aid, please see below for details.


EMERGENCIES Any emergency should be reported immediately to the organiser’s office, or phoned into Earls Court Control on extension 8040 or direct line +44 (0)20 7370 8040.


FIRST AID The First Aid Centres are located at the front of Earls Court 1 near the sweet shop and within Earls Court 2 near stand 3060 (Amatic).


FOOD & DRINK


Fully licensed bars, snack bars and restaurants are present and in operation throughout the show at multiple locations around the halls. See signage for locations.


INDEMNITY The organisers of the exhibition (Clarion Events) are in no way responsible for statements made in connection with the


exhibits or the particulars concerning them, which have been supplied by exhibitors.


LOST PROPERTY


All enquiries regarding lost property should be made to the organiser’s office situated near the main entrance at Earls Court 1 or Earls Court 2 entrance.


PRESS OFFICE


This is located on the right hand side of Earls Court 1 in the Club Lounge. This area is for the exclusive use of members of the press.


ORGANISER’S OFFICE There are 2 organisers offices located near both entrances of Earls Court 1 and Earls Court 2.


PHOTOGRAPHY


Photography is strictly forbidden without prior agreement with the organisers (Clarion Events) and specific exhibitors. Please go the press office at the front of Earls Court 1 for clearance and to get your photographers pass.


POST OFFICE The nearest post office is located at 185 Earls Court Road.


SEMINARS (FREE TO ATTEND) There are two seminar theatres located on The Balcony Level of Earls Court 1 which will hold several free seminar programmes. The Gaming Leaders Programme will feature sessions that reflect the changing industry in terms of regulation and give you an opportunity to hear from industry experts and ask questions. There is also a range of programmes addressing Marketing, New Markets and Technology in Gaming in the Future of Gaming Programme. Please see the programme outlines on the next pages.
