2K Games promoted its pom-pom shaking Kinect title Let’s Cheerwith a day of cheerleader activities. Some shockingly flexible youngsters took part, training to perform a professionally choreographed routine. There was even graffiti T-shirt making, cupcake designing and facepainting on offer. We’d have made straight for the cupcakes, of course.


THE EWOK UNLEASHED Star Warsactor Warwick Davis (pictured left, held at gunpoint) was on hand at GAME’s Oxford Street launch for The Old Republic. Invited fans took home signed posters, while Darth Vader and the 501st Imperial Garrison of Stormtroopers kept everyone in check.
