TED PEARCE has a style unique. His latest collection of t-shirts features his trademark marker pen hand- printed designs on crisp white tees, illustrating his favourite TV stars – Christopher Walken ‘I Feel No Remorse’, Eddie Murphy ‘I Hate Rednecks’ and Larry David ‘I’m Not That Guy’. It’s a limited edition range and seeing as they’re priced at a cheap as chips £20 we reckon they’ll be flying, plus the fact that his previous collection sold out in the blink of an eye. THAT’S quite an achievement. 125 years! Didn’t know that, and also didn’t know that Raleigh is Nottingham born and bred either? That means that they produced their first bike in 1887. Ridiculous. The secret to their longevity is simplicity – ‘the functionality of every bike is important at Raleigh, it must be ‘fit for purpose’ and ‘reliable’.
