NCAA PREVIEW: USA Wrestling’s Jason Bryant and Craig Sesker offer a preview and predictions on what may be in store for the 2011-12 NCAA wrestling season. Penn State is ranked No. 1 and looking to repeat.


ZEKE JONES: The U.S. National Coach engineered an impressive turnaround where the U.S. climbed from 22nd to third in the standings at the World Championships. Jones outlines his plan for building the U.S. freestyle program.


GOLDEN GRAPPLER: Brandon Ruiz captured the gold medal at 110 kg in the No-Gi discipline at the 2011 World Grappling Championships in Belgrade, Serbia. Ruiz captured the title after winning two previous World silver medals.


PAN AMERICAN GAMES: The United States won 12 overall medals, including five gold, at the Pan American Games on Oct. 20-24 in Guadalajara, Mexico. The men’s freestyle team won the medal standings and the team title.


WOMEN’S COLLEGE PREVIEW: The Oklahoma City University Stars have won the last three WCWA national team titles, and opened the new season as a strong favorite to claim its fourth consecutive championship.
